This is the web site of Fantasy Sports Trade Association (FSTA). The FSTA is committed to providing our customers with quality services, value and, most importantly, respect for their privacy. We are dedicated to the confidentiality of your personal information collected by us to allow you to enjoy the fantasy sports services offered by FSTA.

The following privacy policy discloses how we collect, protect, use, and share information gathered from user's and visitors to fsta.org. Transactions & User Information

As part of the User Account opening process on FSTA, we will ask you to provide us with personal information, including your name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number, and financial information. You will also be required to select a User ID, and password for use on FSTA. You will also be required to certify that you are at least 18 years old or older as required in jurisdictions in where the minimum age for use of the FSTA services is greater than 18. The name on your FSTA User's account must be yours. Also, your account information should be complete and up to date with accurate information. For each visitor to our Web page, our Web server automatically recognizes no information regarding the domain or e-mail address. We collect the domain name and e-mail address (where possible) of visitors to our Web page, the e-mail addresses of those who communicate with us via e-mail, aggregate information on what pages consumers access or visit, information volunteered by the consumer, such as survey information and/or site registrations, name and address, telephone number, fax number, payment information (e.g., credit card number and billing address).

FSTA takes substantial steps to protect the confidentiality of your identity, and other information it has collected and will not knowingly allow access to this information to anyone outside FSTA, other than to the User or as described in this Privacy Policy. The information we collect is used for internal review and saved for future reference. Information will be disclosed when legally required to do so, at the request of governmental authorities conducting an investigation, to verify or enforce compliance with the policies governing our Website and applicable laws or to protect against misuse or unauthorized use of our Website.

All FSTA employees are required to comply with the terms of this Privacy Policy. This Privacy Policy provides that all past and present employees are obligated to keep User information strictly confidential.

Your FSTA account password is confidential and we recommend that you not divulge it to anyone or enable others to discover it.

You can request a copy of your information or request that your information be erased, corrected, or completed by customer service at FSTA by sending an email to fsta@sportsbuff.com.
